Find out how wastewater is cleaned and given new purpose at this public tour of the A.K. Warren Water Resource Facility (Warren Facility) in Carson. The Warren Facility is the Sanitation Districts' oldest and largest wastewater treatment plant, serving a population of approximately 3.5 million people. At this facility, not only is wastewater being cleaned, but there is also food waste recycling, nutrient recycling and a green energy power plant.
