How much does it cost to attend?
It's free! Just come by on Saturday, November 15.
Will you have tours?
Yes, we'll have tours of various facilities including, the A.K. Warren Water Resource Facility, the Pure Water Napolitano Innovation Center, and the Bixby Marshland. Seating is limited and guests are encouraged to sign up for their tour when they arrive at the festival.
Is there a minimum age requirement to attend?
This event is open to people of all ages.
What can I expect to see?
Lions and tigers and bears, oh my!
We have a lot of exciting features planned for this fest. Examples include: our giant trucks for you to touch and take pictures with, face painting, Photo Booth, an aquarium, and MORE!
What is the A.K. Warren Water Resource Facility?
The A.K. Warren Water Resource Facility, is the Sanitation Districts’ largest treatment plant, located in the City of Carson. This facility treats over 200 million gallons of water per day, produce green energy, and compost. As a bonus, the Warren Facility holds just the right amount of space to host a community festival!
What are my transportation/parking options?
Event parking is located off-site at the Wilmington Athletic Complex Parking Lot, 1700 South Figueroa Street. Shuttle service will be provided to transport guests to/from the parking lot and the festival. ADA Parking is available onsite. Guests are also encouraged to ride their bikes and carpool.
